Conference Registration

The annual West Virginia Dermatological Society Meeting will be held on Friday, August 16 and Saturday, August 17, 2019 at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.

Conference Registration for the 2019 West Virginia Dermatological Society Annual Meeting is now open.

The conference registration fee is $240 for providers currently practicing in the state of West Virginia, and $290 for out of state providers. This fee also includes the $25 annual dues for the WV Dermatological Society for conference attendees.

New for 2019: This fee also includes the CE credit fee that used to be paid separately.

Update for 2019 Conference: We are in the process of having our conference approved for 10 AMA PRA Category I credit hours as opposed to 8.5 in previous years. 

Residents who are currently enrolled in an ACGME accredited residency program can attend the conference free of charge. If you wish to do this, please email Tony Roush at

Credit Hour Statement

Physicians - CAMC Health Education and Research Institute’s CME program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians.  CAMC Health Education and Research Institute designates this live activity for a maximum of 8.5 AMA PRA Category I credit(s)™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.

How do I get my CME?
Following the conference an online survey will be emailed to you from CAMC Institute. Complete the survey and view or print your certificate. Once you’ve registered, you can always check your transcript at[]. NABP numbers and DOB (mmdd) must be provided to receive continuing pharmacy education credits.

Nurses - The CAMC Health Education and Research Institute is an approved provider of continuing nursing education by West Virginia Nurses Association (AO-212), an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This offering has been approved for 8.5 contact hours ( PO15-18-17-205) Expiration date is 2 years from the course date. 

Pharmacists – The CAMC Health Education and Research Institute is accredited by the ACPE_489_469Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This knowledge based activity provides 8.5 contact hours (0554-9999-17-033-L04-P). To receive credit, participants must complete the sign-in sheet, attend each session and complete an evaluation. ACPE credits will be posted online to the CPE Monitor within six (6) weeks following the activity.

Please note: CAMC Institute's process for attendees to receive CE credits has changed and will now be responsible for paying for their own CE processing, which is separate from any registration fees. On the day of the program, attendees will receive a unique log-in URL, to pay a $20 fee in order to receive CE credits for this event.
