The annual West Virginia Dermatological Society Meeting will be held on Friday, August 9 and Saturday, August 10, 2024 at The Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV.

Conference Registration for the 2024 West Virginia Dermatological Society Annual Meeting is now open!

Registration Structure for 2024:

  1. Advanced Practice Provider Registration-$250.00

    This includes all providers who are in the following fields: APRN, PA-C, NP, FNP, etc.

  2. WVDS Voting Member-$300.00

    The WVDS bylaws define a WVDS voting member as MD or DO licensed to practice in WV or adjoining states who have completed a residency in Dermatology/Dermatopathology at ACGME/AOA approved program. (WVDS Bylaws)

  3. All other providers-$350.00

    This would include all providers who do not fall in the above categories (Advanced Practice Provider, WVDS Voting Member) It also covers providers from other disciplines.(WVDS Bylaws)

  4. Residents/Medical Students-Free of Charge

    Residents who are currently enrolled in an ACGME-accredited residency program can attend the conference free of charge. To register, please click the Resident/Med Student link below

Registration Fees include:

  • Conference Meals
  • Continuing Education Credit Fee (conference is accredited for 11 AMA PRA Category I credit hours)
  • Admission to Poster Session/Competition and Reception

Credit Hour Statement

Nurses - The CAMC Health Education and Research Institute is an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This offering has been approved for 11 contact hours  (JA00026-21-19-158) Expiration date is 2 years from the course date.

CE certificates will be issued at the conclusion of the conference.
